Recipe is for 5.5 Gallons
5 lbs 1.25oz German Ligh Munich Malt
3 lbs 3oz Pilsner Malt
6oz Chocolate Malt
6oz Crystal 40L
3oz Roasted Barley
3oz Carafa I
.75oz Hallertau 60 min
.50oz Hallertau 20 min
.50oz Hallertau 1 min
Wyeast Bavarian Lager
Mash @ 122 deg for 30 min then raise mash temp to 154 deg for 30 min
Ferment @ 48 deg
