8 oz Special Roast
4 oz Chocolate Malt
24 grams First Gold 60 min
16 grams Fuggle 7 min
14 grams Fuggle 0 min
Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale
Mash @ 153
To 3.75 gal strike water, add 0.25 g gypsum (Calcium sulfate), 1 g
Calcium chloride, 1 gram epsom salt, 2 g baking soda
To 4.75 gal sparge water, add 0.315 g gypsum, 1.26 g calcium
chloride
, 1.26 g epsom salt, 2.52 g baking soda
Ferment @ 67 deg for 7 days

Ferment @ 72 deg for 14 days
