I’m happy to announce the upcoming Bluff City Brewers & Connoisseurs annual Extravaganza! homebrew competition!
We’re looking forward to another great event and lots of good beers, ciders, and meads entered. Please spread the word about the competition and save a few bottles of your brews to enter.
Registration is open, so you can register your beers now to save your spots, we will cap at 300 entries this year. Go to https://bluffcitybrewers.
Please also register to judge and steward now to lock in on your calendar, we’ll need as many judges as possible again this year.
- Entry Window is open from Monday January 2nd to Friday February 3rd
- This is the window to ship or drop off your entries to High Cotton Brewing
- Entry Sorting: Sun Feb 5th, 6-8 pm
- Basics of Beer Judging training session: Thurs Jan 19th, 7-9 pm
- Off-Flavor training session: Wed Feb 8th, 7-9 pm
- Beer Judging Session I: Sat Feb 11th, 1-5 pm
- Beer Judging Session II: Thurs Feb 16th, 6-9 pm
- Beer Judging Session III: Sat Feb 18th, 1-5 pm
- Extravaganza! Day: Sat Feb 25th, 9 am – 5 pm (lunch & dinner provided)
