The National Homebrew Day “Big Brew” will be at Bosco’s on May 2nd this year. Bosco’s will provide 5 gallons of their IPA wort, plus their house yeast, if you want it. Get creative! Use whatever hops, steeping grains, water additions, adjuncts, or yeast that you like.
