Club Christmas Party
Central BBQ on Summer

Food for the party will be catered by Central BBQ (at the club’s expense), everyone is asked to bring a few extra beers to share. We will also be judging the “Best of The Bluff Holiday Ales”
Newbie Brew Day

Sunday January 15th 10:00 am
This is an event where non-brewers can brew their first extract batch of beer with help from the club. Participants are required to purchase and bring their own ingredients (extract, hops, yeast) and something to ferment in, the club will provide pots and kettles to boil in. The event will be in the commerical kitchen at Cotton Boll catering, we will be indoors and we’ll use their stove (or propane burners) for the boil. Experienced brewers will be on site to assist.
Space is limited (10 newbies max) and we are asking “newbies” interested in participating to register by emailing Communications@
Ghost River Brewery Tour

We’ve been asked to limit the tour to 40 people, so please let us know if you plan to attend by emailing Delynn Byars at director@bluffcitybrewers.
Club Dues
Please pay your 2012 Club Dues anytime in December or January. To help reduce administrative effort and improve record keeping, we strongly encourage you to pay using PayPal at bluffcitybrewers.com, but you may also pay at club meetings, dues are $25 in either way. Doug Mengwasser will have 2012 membership cards available at the meetings just ask for them.
