Our very own home brewer and club competition director Evan Comeaux has a special guest brew on tap at High Cotton Brewery call Tuparillo!
As a scientist and brewer, Evan has been working with High Cotton to build their yeast quality control lab and as a result was able to brew a small batch on their pilot system.
A Belgian Tripel SMaSH beer of Pilsner malt and Amarillo hops, with the addition of Tupelo honey, this beer is a combination of rich malt body, with honey flavor and lemony hops, rounded out by a strong alcohol warmth.
