6 oz Special Roast
4 oz Crystal 120L
1 oz Chocolate Malt
34 grams Target 60 min
16 grams First Gold 20 min
22 grams First Gold 5 min

Wyeast 1318 London Ale III

Mash @ 153

Water Adjustments: To mash add 4 g CaSO4*2H2O, 2 g MgSO4*7H2O, 2.5g NaCl;

To sparge add 5.26 g CaSO4*2H2O, 2.63 g MgSO4*7H2O, 3.29 g NaCl

Ferment @ 68 deg
